Mango Flaxseed Chocochip Muffin

I tried doing another variation of the flaxseed muffin. I substituted with 3/4 cup of mango puree instead of using one big orange juiced. The muffin turned out moist and a little sweeter than previously. It was a big hit with the adult family members.

This time I decorated the muffin with white buttercream and placed one set with big jelly beans and another set with chocolate butterflies.

Hi Brenda
Thanks for dropping by.
I did the chocolate butterflies using the cooking chocolate. Just used a plastic bag and and some melted chocolate. You can do it too.
