half a head of Beijing cabbage, shredded
a tbsp of chopped garlic
1 tbsp shrimp floss
3 tbsp of oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chinese wine
Heat up oil , add in the garlic and fry till fragrant.
Add in the shredded cabbage and mix well.
Add in the salt, sugar and chinese wine and fry till cabbage is nearly done.
Add in the shrimp floss and mix well.
Dish up and sprinkle a tsp of shrimp floss as a garnish.
