Whenever I need to get something for a gathering, I'll go for these quick bread recipes. They are very easy to do. Just need a bowl and a spatula ....using the wet ingredients to bind the dry ingredients . And within an hour....walah! It's ready to eat. What is good is that quickbread recipes can be frozen for up to three months. Sometimes I just make extras in anticipation of my contribution for a gathering.
