I started on my mooncake making adventure last year making the simpler snowskin moonies. Here are this year's snowskin mooncakes.

Pandan snowskin moony which I did for my dd to bring to class to share with her teachers and classmates to celebrate the Lantern Festival.

Chocolate snowskin moony. Lotus paste has got chocolate rubbed into it.
