Thanks to L from IK for sharing her recipe. It is definitely a keeper. Now my fridge will be effusing durian aroma for the next couple of days with some left over slices since we couldn't finish eating the cake. If only I know what to use to absorb the smell of durian lingering in the fridge.

Open a container of Bicarbinate of soda and leave in the fridge. It will absorb any smells in there.

Thanks Tina for the tip. Will definitely try it out :-)
Hi Jus wonder which type of chocolate did you use for the deco? I used the couverture chocolate (from Phoon Huat) to make patterns but the moment I took it out from the fridge, it melted.
Thanks.

Hi Renee
I used the moulding chocolate I bought from BIY. It does soften a bit after taking out from the fridge but it doesn't melt.
If you had used the baking chocolate, then you may have this problem.
hth :-)
