Mini celebration for fathers in the family.

To honore the fathers in the family, I baked them a Mango Yoghurt Cheesecake and prepared a mini feast for them.

The menu for the day was like this .....
Mango Yoghurt Cheesecake
Curry Chicken
Fish Ball Sausages
Bacon Mushroom Rolls
Fruity Salad
Roast Duck (my brother's contribution)
White Rice
Baguette Bread
Lychee Fruits

Thank-you for visiting little corner of mine. I'm sure you can if you put your mine to it :-)
It's only my second time doing the cake and I must say there's still a lot of room for improvement :-)

Hi sue
Thank-you for visiting.
As for the curry chicken, I used the Sheen brand of curry meat pre-mix. The instructions are given at the back of the packet.
If you are in Singapore, you can buy the pre-mix from the Fairprice supermarkets. hth :-)
