Green, green, my veges are green.

I love to stir fry my greens in a simple way cos' that's how my dh likes to eat them. Usually I'll use chopped garlic fried in a couple of spoonfuls of oil till fragrant, add in the greens and then season with salt, sugar and pepper and a tablespoonful of chinese wine. Dish up the greens and serve. Here's sharing pics of greens I've cooked ......

Stir-fry kai lan.
I've learned from a friend how to cook this without the bitter after taste.
You need to smash the thick stems and then rinse them with water before cooking the kai lan.
